In the news, a cat was found, left to die in a yard, wrapped in duct tape. Isn't that mean? The cat was helpless. She could not move and she also could not pull off the tape. It is so sticky, you know. The SPCA has her and nicknamed her "Sticky". They say she is very sweet and loveable. They are trying to find her real family and the one who wrapped her in duct tape. Mad About Duct Taper
