Flu Shots

Today, I got a flu shot. Mine was not like a shot, but a gun that sucks your skin and puts the vaccine in there with no needle (but I don't know). It made my arm numb.

It is important to get a flu shot, because it keeps you from getting the flu. I won't get the flu. Don't be scared, especially if you work in a daycare or something like that. Did you know any of us might have already had the swine flu and didn't know it? Also, isn't it better to get poked with a needle than having the flu? Is being sick and throwing up fun? That's why I got my flu shot. I haven't had the swine flu shot yet. Don't ruin your Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas with the flu - get a flu shot!

Mad About Duct Taper

In the news, a cat was found, left to die in a yard, wrapped in duct tape. Isn't that mean? The cat was helpless. She could not move and she also could not pull off the tape. It is so sticky, you know. The SPCA has her and nicknamed her "Sticky". They say she is very sweet and loveable. They are trying to find her real family and the one who wrapped her in duct tape. A Few Silly Stories I Made Up

One day, I woke up and my mom had only one school book. She said the dog had eaten them all. I looked at him and you could see all the (school) problems on him. One side was questions and the other was answers. So, we did school off the dog.

This year of school, I thought was going to be fun - because it's always fun, except for the assignments. I hate math. Then I went to this "fun school" and everything we did that day was fun. We made art projects and crafts and we read, but no math! The next day and the rest of the year, all we did was math! And I was mad! Math. Math. Math.

Another day, I bought some tissues and everytime I used them, they all flew out of the box. It was weird, but nobody would believe me because they jumped back in the box every time.

Cool And Stupid Cams

Peckadilly Circus Egg Cam - I didn't see this video, but it sounds super cool. You watch baby chicks hatching out of their eggs and seeing the world for the first time.

Cheddar Vision - This is very stupid. All you are doing is watching cheese get old. I don't know who would want to sit around and watch cheese on their computer!?

Otter Sanctuary - I love this one, because those otters are so cute.

Watching Grass Grow Cam - Just like it says, it is very stupid. I don't think this is to watch grass grow. I think it is a nosey neighbor.

Panda Cam - When I looked at it, the panda was asleep and hugging a rock. It made me laugh.

Portland Pet Cam - This is all about cats. I love cats!

Jigsaw Puzzles Online

On the internet, there are these jigsaw puzzles. You can pick some of their pictures or one of your own to make a puzzle. Then select how many pieces you want to build. Waffle House Songs

When I go to the Waffle House, I like to play the jukebox. I play Johnny Cash, Elvis, Patsy Cline, but mostly I like to play the Waffle House songs. Sometimes the waitresses and cooks sing and dance to them. (Not like that steak restaurant when they were kicking their legs up in the air and being very scary.) Now, they are making a cd with the songs. But I am sad that they do not have my favorite one - "I Feel Good (At The Waffle House)". When you listen to it, it gets stuck in your head. Also, you get to eat their good food - like their strawberry waffles - when you listen to the jukebox. Buy the cd on the Waffle House website.
